Is Glow in the Park family-friendly?
Yes. The festival is all-ages with a dedicated Family Zone (glow crafts, lawn games, and kid-friendly activities). Kids under 5 get in free.
What time should I arrive?
Gates open at 4:00 PM. For the best Glow Garden photos, arrive before 8:00 PM and plan to stay after sunset when installations are fully lit.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes, while supplies last. Prices increase at the gate, and VIP can sell out. Presale is recommended for guaranteed entry and the best value.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, a light jacket, and your phone for photos. Glow accessories are welcome. We recommend bringing a portable charger.
Parking and entry
Free parking is available near the park. Please follow posted signs and staff directions for the quickest entry. Arrive early for the closest spots.
Accessibility accommodations
The event includes accessible routes and viewing areas. If you need assistance, visit the Support Station near the main entrance or email us ahead of time.
What items are not allowed?
For safety, please leave outside alcohol, weapons, fireworks, drones, and glass containers at home. Small bags are allowed; entry may include a quick security check.
Re-entry policy
Re-entry is allowed until 9:00 PM with a wristband. Please ask staff at the gate before leaving to make sure you’re set.
Weather policy
The festival runs rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we may pause programming or adjust the schedule to keep guests safe.
